A Private Management Office for Business and Family Projects

One relationship — for the business, and for the life that comes with it. Always thinking ahead.

"Business, managed like it's our own responsibility."

Assets in order. Systems running. Everything working the way it's supposed to.

Philosophy

Most firms are built to sell the next step. We're built so the outcome you actually pictured happens. The paperwork is only where it starts.

We work with businesses, investors, individuals, and families across the UAE who want long-term control over how their affairs are handled.

I

Individual, Not Conveyor Belt

Every situation gets its own approach: not a package, not a template. We look for what actually fits, not what's fastest to sell.

II

We Own the Outcome

Most firms are done once the paperwork clears. We're not. Our job is to make sure the whole thing holds together, not just to sell the next step.

III

One Person, Always Reachable

A single point of contact for everything that touches your life here — a bank, an immigration office, or something that isn't technically our department.

IV

Built for Years, Not a Transaction

Most of our relationships outlast the paperwork by years. We live here too, long-term, the same as you.

What We Handle

01
Incorporation and Banking
Oversight of company formation across the UAE's free zones and Mainland — the structure and jurisdiction chosen to fit how the business will actually operate, not the fastest one to sell. On the banking side: oversight of corporate and personal account opening — the mix of banks and currencies shaped around the business's model, goals, and structure — plus ongoing account monitoring.
02
Compliance and Due Diligence
Coordinating a company's regulatory obligations end to end — UBO declarations, KYC files and source-of-funds documentation for bank account opening and review, and Corporate Tax and VAT registration managed alongside our accounting partners. We track what's due and when, so nothing is discovered at the deadline.
03
Residency and Family Matters
Residency visas, including the UAE Golden Visa for qualifying investors, property owners, and professionals, alongside standard employment and dependent visas. Emirates ID, domestic staff visas, school placement, and the practical work of relocating and settling a family in the UAE.
04
Succession and Inheritance
Coordinating a family's succession planning in the UAE — registering a will through DIFC or ADJD, structuring how company shares and other assets are held, and organizing the practical steps around passing them on — so a family's affairs here are documented clearly, not left to be worked out later.

The list above is where a project starts. What happens after is the part that matters.

Why Eastwell

Dubai isn't a subject we studied — it's where we live and work, day to day, the same as our clients eventually will. Advice from someone who dealt with the same bank last week reads differently than advice from a report.

Some of our clients live in the UAE full-time. Others run things from a distance and fly in a few times a year. The work is the same either way. Someone on the other end already knows the business, the accounts, and what comes next.

We learn what your business does before we learn what it needs from a bank. That's not a courtesy — it's why the account gets opened, the compliance file holds up the first time, and the next request never arrives as a surprise.

Whenever you're back in the UAE, or whenever something comes up while you're not, there's one place that already knows the whole picture.

Founders relocating a business to the UAE
Investors opening their first UAE bank account
Families establishing residency together
Individuals structuring what happens to what they own

Discretion begins with a conversation held in confidence.
